TAROT READINGS WITH JF: GUIDELINES

When you choose to have a Tarot reading with Jean-François Gervais (JFG), you are understanding and consenting to each of the following statements:

You are 18+ years old.
You are asking the question(s) for yourself, not another person.
The reading cannot (and is not intended in any capacity) to replace the evaluation of a professional in matters of health and law. Under no conditions is the information offered during the tarot reading acting as a medical diagnostic or advice pertaining to legal matters.
Any reading that involves the exploration of future possibilities does not constitute a prediction. We may be looking at potentials but these are not absolutes.
JFG is not an officially certified therapist of any kind. Nor does he claim to be a psychic.
JFG declines any responsibility, legal or otherwise, for choices you make following the reading. Your life = your responsibility = your choices = your experiences.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (READINGS)

Payment is expected when the reading is completed.
Cancellations are expected at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may not be refunded.
If you do not “show up” for an appointment and a payment has already been made, JFG reserves the right to issue no refund.
If you are not satisfied with the tarot reading, JFG does not guaranty a refund. The default policy is to not offer refunds in such a case.
JFG reserves the right to decline to do any reading for any reason at any time. In such a case, if a payment has already been made, a refund will be issued.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (ONLINE WORKSHOPS)

Payment is made in advance, at the time of the booking.
You may cancel at any time prior to the beginning of the event (cancellation link is in the event email you received from Zoom).
No refunds are issued once the event has started.
If you are not satisfied with the presentation, JFG does not guaranty a refund. The default policy is to not offer refunds in such a case.

PRIVACY POLICY

Anonymous statistical information is collected through this website using Google Analytics. The information collected pertains to user behavior and is only intended for general statistical purposes and cannot be used to identify individuals.

Information gathered when subscribing to the newsletter is not used for any purpose other than sending the newsletter. This information is not shared in any capacity with any third party. Mailchimp is used to send the newsletter and some information associated with your email address is compiled by MailChimp to generate statistics.

COPYRIGHT AND WEBSITE CONTENT

The tarot decks used in the photography consist of various editions of the Tarot de Marseille from Jean-Claude Flornoy and Yoav Ben-Dov as well as the Pagan Otherworlds Tarot and Supra Oracle by Uusi and the Waite Smith deck published by US Games Systems.
